My name is Bianca. I am a birth worker & yoga instructor. I began working in the birthing space in February of 2019 as a birth doula. In August of 2020, I received my Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Education & Lactation Consultant certifications. I’ve also been working as a yoga instructor since 2017. I received my yoga certification in Rishikesh, India June 2017. Yoga allows the birthing woman to prepare their mind body and spirit to experience they well encounter during birth and beyond. Being well versed in the birthing space & yoga allows me to provide clients & their families the resources to birth confidently and beautifully.
