Certified Postpartum Doula, Childbirth & Early Childhood Education Trainer, Breastfeeding Counselor
I am a mission-driven individual with a passion for serving children and families, a commitment to education, and an obligation to advocacy and social justice. I have a BA in Education and a MA in Nonprofit Leadership. I've worked with children in various settings such as schools, churches, community serving organizations, tutoring, and mentorship.
My biggest accomplishment is birthing my two babies! My prenatal care and birthing experiences with both midwives and an ObGyn, and my breastfeeding journey drew me to advocacy for melanated moms as well as continuing my education and training as a postpartum doula. I firmly believe learning begins at home and I'm most passionate about giving other mamas the tools and resources needed to connect with their baby. It truly takes a village to raise a child and as a doula, I become a part of mama’s village. My life mission is to empower moms, educate early learners and nurture families. I faithfully serve families with grace and love.
