Hi my name is Kristen! I am a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and breastfeeding counselor. In addition to my doula services, I am a Registered Nurse and have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Nursing. During my studies in nursing school, I learned of the racial disparities in maternal and infant morbidity/mortality of women of color in America. From that, I realized I wanted to make a difference in my community by educating, advocating, supporting, and empowering expecting mothers and their families about the child birth process and bringing their little ones into the world!
